Two kinds of work, both India–Canada, both taken in small numbers. We are not trying to be a logistics company. We are useful in a narrow band, and clear about where that band ends.
01 — Consulting
Import–export advisory
Most first-time importers lose money in the same three places: a supplier who is not who they said they were, a cost model that ignored duty and demurrage, and paperwork that was wrong before the container left. We work on those three.
Engagements are scoped in writing, priced as a fixed fee, and usually run four to eight weeks. If the numbers say the trade does not work, that is the deliverable, and we will say it plainly.
Sourcing research, supplier vetting and site checks, landed-cost modelling, documentation review, corridor and compliance guidance.
We are not a freight forwarder, a customs broker, or a licensed financial adviser. We do not move or hold cargo, file clearances, or handle your money.
02 — Trading
Direct trade, on our own book
Separately from the advisory work, we buy and sell in a short list of categories we know well. Small lots, our own capital, our own risk. We keep the list short because the edge comes from knowing one thing properly.
Small-lot, own-account trade in a defined set of goods, on terms agreed in advance.
Not a brokerage, not a marketplace, not a fund. We do not take outside capital and we do not trade on anyone else’s behalf.
If we are not the right people for it, you will hear that in the first call.
